Ellington Financial Inc. completed the redemption of all 4,600,000 outstanding shares of its 6.750% Series A Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (the "Series A Preferred Stock") (NYSE: EFC PR A) on February 27, 2026 (the "Redemption Date"). The Series A Preferred Stock redemption price was $25.17742 per share of Series A Preferred Stock (the "Redemption Price"), which was equal to the liquidation preference of $25.00 per share plus $0.17742 per share representing estimated accrued and unpaid dividends to the Redemption Date.
