Ellington Financial LLC ("Ellington Financial") is a specialty finance company formed to acquire and manage mortgage-related assets. Our primary objective is to generate attractive, risk-adjusted total returns for our shareholders. Ellington Financial manages a portfolio primarily consisting of non-agency and agency residential mortgage-backed securities and opportunistically acquires other target assets, such as residential whole mortgage loans, commercial mortgage-backed securities, mortgage-related derivatives and other asset-backed securities.
